PhotobucketPictured on the hay wagon is daughter Meghan, Courtney (holding Addisyn) Ava, and Logan.  We do a couple bonfires every year about this time, and I thought of a way to add some excitement for the grandkids.  I used my 4-wheeler trailer and a couple bales of hay so we could have our own little Fall hay-ride.  Meghan, Mark, and Logan were in town so it was a good time to do smores and a bonfire.

Uncle Pat lives just down the street, and he has 8 acres we can ride on.  Just enough woods, water, and field to make it a really cool evening.  The Polaris 4-wheeler got a work out, as at one time there were 6 people in the trailer and three more on the 4-wheeler.

We haven’t done home made donuts yet this year, but it’s coming up.  We usually do em in the garage and make about seven or eight dozen.  We do powdered sugar, cinnamon and sugar, and frosted.  We let the kids decorate the frosted ones which always goes over big.

Hope everyone is having a good and safe Fall so far.  Brandon and Darryl Ansel are the only two family members to take a deer so far, but Justin did get a nice black bear.

Blessings

Mike
